The USPS Board of Directors recently made some changes to help us recruit new membership.  Effective 1 Dec, 2010, National will no longer be charging the $25 initiation fee to join.  The price of the Online ABC3 course is going to be raised to $26 (from $22) to make up for the revenue shortfall.  USPS National will offer a free 6 month membership to all students that complete the Online ABC3 and also meet the membership requirements.  Eventually this program will also be rolled out to classroom ABC3 students as well.
